About Clomid.org: Who We Are and How We Check Facts

About Clomid.org: an independent educational site on clomiphene and enclomiphene. How we source numbers from FDA labels, studies and official documents.

    What Clomid.org Is

Clomid.org is an independent educational website about clomiphene citrate, sold as Clomid, and its single-isomer relative enclomiphene. It explains how the drug works, how it is used for ovulation in women and off label in men, what its side effects are, and what it costs, in plain language.

We do not sell clomiphene, enclomiphene or any other medicine, and we do not take orders, payments or prescriptions. We are not affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer, compounding pharmacy, telehealth company, clinic or healthcare provider. Companies and products mentioned on this site are named for information only.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Clomid is a prescription drug with real risks, including vision changes that its label warns may be irreversible. Decisions about starting, dosing or stopping it belong with a qualified clinician who knows your history.

    How We Check Facts

Every number on this site is meant to be traceable to a source a reader can check:

    1. 1**FDA prescribing labels.** Doses, side effect rates, warnings and contraindications come from the current Clomid label on DailyMed and, where relevant, the labels of comparison drugs such as letrozole.
    2. 2**Published studies.** Trial results are taken from the papers themselves, with authors, journal and year named in the text, for example the PPCOS II trial in the New England Journal of Medicine or the enclomiphene phase III trials in BJU International.
    3. 3**Official documents.** Regulatory status comes from FDA and European Medicines Agency documents, and sport rules from the WADA Prohibited List.
    4. 4**Prices.** Prices are taken from the seller's own page and dated, because they change often.
    5. 5**User reports.** When we describe what people report on forums, we say so and do not present it as research.

If a figure cannot be confirmed in a primary source, we leave it out. When we find an error, we correct the page.
